Step 1

Take a full hisla fish and make medium pieces of it.

Step 2

Take the mustard paste in a small utensil with a lid which can be put inside pressure cooker.

Step 3

Add the oil.

Step 4

Mix in the chopped onions and the green chillies and mix nicely.

Step 5

Put the fish pieces and coat them with the mixture.

Step 6

Close the lid of the utensil and place it in the cooker.

Step 7

Close the lid of the cooker and place it over flame.

Step 8

After one whistle, put off the flame.

Step 9

Let the pressure release by itself.

Step 10

:- The steamed hilsa is ready to be served.
