Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Heat up olive oil in a pan and saute the diced ginger in it until it turns brown.

Step 2

Add up the onions and saute until they turn brown.

Step 3

Add the spinach and mushroom and saute.

Step 4

Add thyme, pepper and salt.

Step 5

Remove from fire and keep aside.

Step 6

Grilling:-
1)Make a pocket in the breast piece by inserting the knife carefully into it.

Step 7

Stuff the spinach mix into it.

Step 8

Brush olive oil on both sides.

Step 9

Grill.

Step 10

:- If you are using a oven, set it for 25 minutes with maximum heat.

Step 11

For Mash:-
1)Heat the milk in a pan.

Step 12

Add butter and melt.

Step 13

Add cheese and melt.

Step 14

Add steamed potatoes and mash and mix all of these together.

Step 15

Saute the capsicum, eggplant and zuchhini in olive oil.

Step 16

Dump the sauted vegetables into the mash and mix.

Step 17

:- You can use dry herbs mix instead of thyme. I use usually a mix of rosemary thyme and basil. If you use boneless breasts this can be more tasty.
