Step 1

For preparing stuffed chicken with potatoes, preheat the oven at 220 degrees celsius.

2)Chop the liver and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat 15 grams of butter in a pan, fry the chopped liver, mushrooms, parsley and bread on medium flame for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add in salt and pepper . Mix well and allow it to cool. Keep it aside.

Step 4

Stuff the chicken with the filling. Seal the chicken with a ball of grease proof paper.

Step 5

Put the chicken in a baking dish and coat it with 15 grams of butter. Bake it in the oven for 15 minutes.

Step 6

When the chicken is baked, arrange the potatoes around it and add knobs of the remaining butter. Bake it for another 35 minutes.

Step 7

Stuffed chicken with potatoes is ready. Serve hot.
