Directions

Step 1

Add crushed cardamon and sugar to the thick curd.

Step 2

Pour the curd into a mixer and whisk until foamy.

Step 3

Add crushed ice and lime juice. Repeat a final whisk and the thick consistency should not be lost.

Step 4

Strain the lassi and cool in fridge

Step 5

Summer time curd lassi is ready and serve chilled.

Step 6

Tips:-
1)Various flavors can be added to yogurt depending on your liking. The main flavors available are plain lassi, salted lassi, mango lassi, mint lassi, strawberry lassi etc.
