Ingredients

  • sundakka 1 cup
    fenu greek 1/4 sp
    cumin seeds 1/2 +1/2sp
    mustard 1 sp
    curry leaf few
    grated coconut 1/2 cup
    pepper 1 sp
    red chilli 1
    red chilli powder 1 sp
    coriander powder 3 sp
    tamarind juice 1/2 cup
    poppy seeds 1 sp
    salt to taste

in oil saute fenu greek, cumin, mustard seeds, red chilli, curry leaf and sundakka

dry fry coconut, jeera, pepper, poppy seeds, and grind it finely

add this ground mix to the gravy
