Step 1

Mix together all the ingredients except ol.

Step 2

Make into balls and flatten them.

Step 3

In a shallow non-stick pan, heat the pan by putting as little oil as possible(so that the Ambado will not char).

Step 4

Put the made up ambado and cook both sides till they are crispy.

Step 5

Remove on a kitchen towel and arrange on a bed of onion, and lemon wedges.

i tried this recipe with leftover khichdi and it became an nice evening snack
