Beat the eggs nicely.
Add the maida flour to it and mix it to get a watery consistency.
Add salt to taste.
Pour this mix on a dosa tawa on a medium flame.
Cook on both sides.
Mix the grated coconut with sugar.
Keep this mix inside the dosa and roll it into a wrap.
