Slice the bread into small triangles as shown in the picture.
Beat the eggs well with sugar and cardamom powder. Then slowly add maida / all purpose flour and enough water , mix well to make a batter.
Heat oil in a fry pan,.Dip the bread slices into the batter and fry it until it turns (both sides) brown colour.
Enjoy the sweet bread fry with hot tea.
