Directions

Step 1

Take a vessel and mix the flour, coconut milk, eggs, sugar & salt. Beat clearly like a dosa batter & then add sesame seeds & cumin seeds.

Step 2

Heat the pan & pour 1 scoop of batter & round it thin.

Step 3

Once it becomes slightly dry, add 1 tsp of sugar & ghee in the middle & spread a bit.

Step 4

When you find the sugar is melting, fold it slowly in a triangle.

Step 5

Like this u can make upto 15 palaada`s
