In a small casserole, add almonds, pista and 1/2 cup of water.
Micro Hi for a minute.
Peel off the skin and slice thinly.
In a medium casserole, Micro Hi milk for 10 mins.
Add sweet potatoes and mix thoroughly.
Micro Med for 10 mins and Med Low for 5 mins, stirring in between.
Add sugar and mix well.
Micro Low for 10 mins.
Add cardamom powder and saffron.
Cool and decorate with almond and pista slices.
:- Serve chilled.
