In a pan add the honey, soya sauce and garlic.
Heat it till it bubbles out.
Add the syrup to the washed chicken and soak.
Refrigerate overnight or at least for 2 hours.
Bring it to the room temperature and fry both the sides.
Ready to serve.
Note : Take caution to cook in low flame since the honey content would burn the outer layer whereas the chicken would be left raw.
This is yummy dish and kids would love it since there is no spice or masala involved and too easy recipe too.
