Step 1

For preparing sword fish sandwich, in a bowl, whisk together milk and eggs. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Take another bowl and mix in maida, cornmeal and parsley.

Step 3

Marinate the sword fish fillets with salt and pepper powder.

Step 4

Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

Step 5

Dip the marinated fish fillets in the egg mixture and then coat it with the flour mixture evenly.

Step 6

Fry the fish fillets on medium flame till both the sides turn golden brown in colour.

Step 7

Remove it from the pan and drain it on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

Step 8

In another small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice and tabasco sauce.

Step 9

Slice the buns and spread the above mixture on the insides.

Step 10

Place a fillet on each bottom bun, then top with the lettuce, tomato and slice cheese.

Step 11

Sword fish sandwich is ready. Serve with ketchup.
