Step 1

Heat the kadai.

Step 2

Pour 1 tsp ghee and fry cashews and dried grapes in it.

Step 3

Fry the rava on sim and keep aside.

Step 4

In a thick base kadai, boil the water and milk.

Step 5

While boiling, add fried rava.

Step 6

When it's consistency will become thick, add sugar.

Step 7

Stir continuously on slow flame.

Step 8

When it'll become thick, add the fried cashews, dry grapes and cardamom powder.

Step 9

:- Milk kesari is ready to be served.
