Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Cut the pork into small pieces.

Step 2

Apply turmeric powder and wash it thoroughly.

Step 3

Add the ginger garlic paste with the meat and pressure cook for 5 v 6 whistles.

Step 4

Grind together cinnamon, fennel seeds, ginger, garlic and mustard seeds.

Step 5

Heat a little oil in a pan.

Step 6

Add the ground paste and saute it.

Step 7

Add the cooked pork, chilly powder and coriander powder.

Step 8

Prepare thick tamarind juice and add it with the above.

Step 9

Mix it well and cook till it becomes a thick gravy (should be cooked for more than 15 mins on a medium flame).

Step 10

:- Serve with rice, idly or dosai.

Step 11

:- Tastes good when taken the next day. As pork contains more fat, there is no need to add more oil.

Everything is okay, but u haven't mentioned about the salt.. When should we mix it.. I mean, whether boiling in the pressure cooker or in the pan..
