Step 1

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a rice cooker.

Step 2

Fry onion, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, chillies, mint and garlic until aromatic for about 2 mins.

Step 3

Add the rice, water, prawns, saffron and salt.

Step 4

Close the cooker and let it cook until it turns off to (Keep Warm÷.
