Step 1

For preparing tangy mutton curry, heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat and saute the onions till it becomes golden brown.

Step 2

Add in garlic paste, garam masala, chilly powder, dry red chillies, turmeric powder, curry leaves, green chillies, and salt. Saute it for some time.

Step 3

Toss in the mutton and potatoes. Mix well, cover the pressure cooker with the lid and allow it to cook on low flame with required water.

Step 4

Open the lid and allow it to boil if there is any excess water.

Step 5

Then add in the lime juice, yogurt and salt.

Step 6

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 7

Tangy mutton curry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, etc.
