  • Black olives - 100g(pitted)
    Anchovies fish in oil - 100g
    Capers - 50g
    Olive oil - 100ml
    Lemon juice - 1 lemon


Step 1

For preparing tapenade, blend black olives, anchovies, capers and lemon juice.

Step 2

Pour it in the olive oil and blend until all the oil is mixed well.

Step 3

Tapenade is ready. Serve on a piece of toast.
