Step 1

For preparing tapioca ball fry, mix together all ingredients: mashed tapioca, sesame seeds, chilly powder, asafoetida, cumin seeds and required salt to a smooth mixture.

Step 2

Roll out into small balls.

Step 3

Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the tapioca balls to a golden brown color.

Step 4

Tapioca ball fry, a tasty and easy to prepare evening-time snack, is ready. Serve hot.
