Step 1

Take a pan and pour some oil. Heat the oil and fry crushed garlic and ginger. Saute for sometime.

Step 2

Add chopped onion and green chillies. Fry for sometime.

Step 3

Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, curry leaves, mashed tapioca and required salt. Saute for sometime and remove from fire.

Step 4

Add the egg yolk and mix together.

Step 5

Beat the egg white and keep aside.

Step 6

Shape the tapioca mixture into small cutlets with your palm.

Step 7

Dip the cutlet in egg white and roll in bread crumbs.

Step 8

Take a pan and pour sufficient oil for frying. Heat the oil and fry the cutlets on both sides until golden in color.

Step 9

Yummy tapioca cutlet is ready and serve hot.
