The raw tapioca is grated and mixed with onions , hing and other ingredients and made to a dough. This dough is divided to small portions and ,flattened and deep fried.

  • tapioca 2 roots
    small onions 100 gms
    green chilly 1
    red chilly 1
    fennel seeds 1/2 sp
    ginger chopped 1 sp
    rice flour 1 cup
    coriander few
    curry leavess few
    salt to taste
    oil to deep fry
