Mix yeast, sugar, salt & maida with water and make a dough. Cover it with a wet cloth. Keep this aside for 2-3 hour.
Make a pizza base using the dough, a little thicker than chappathi.
put the base in a pan and prick it with a fork.
Spread the pizza sauce first.
Spread little cheese on top. Add onion tomato, capsicum, chicken and olives on top of it.
Finally spread the cheese again on top of all. Drizzle little olive oil.
Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 150 degrees for 15 minutes.
Tasty chicken pizza is ready.
