Step 1

For preparing tasty kidney beans curry, heat oil in a pressure cooker and splutter mustard seeds.

Step 2

Toss in the dry red chillies and curry leaves.

Step 3

SautT the onions till it becomes a bit brown.

Step 4

Add in the ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes. SautT well for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 5

Then add in chilly powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Mix it well.

Step 6

Toss in the soaked kidney beans and required water to cook it. Close the lid and allow it to cook.

Step 7

Open the lid and allow it to boil for 1 minute with the coriander leaves.

Step 8

Tasty kidney beans curry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
