For preparing tasty lemon mousse, beat the yolks with sugar until it becomes pale yellow and fluffy.
Dissolve the gelatin in 1 tbsp of hot water and mix with the lemon juice.
Add the beaten yolks with the lemon rind and mix well.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold it gently into the yolk mixture.
Spoon the mousse into a glass bowl and refrigerate for 8 hours till it sets.
Once the mousse is set, decorate it with slices of seasonal fruits.
Tasty lemon mousse is ready. Serve chilled.
