Step 1

For preparing tasty liver dry fry, marinate the liver with chilly powder, green chilly paste, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Heat oil in a vessel and saute onion till they become golden brown.

Step 3

Then add in ginger-garlic paste and saute well.

Step 4

Add coriander powder, garam masala, curry leaves and chilly powder. Saute for a minute.

Step 5

Toss in the liver with a little water. Allow it to cook till dry.

Step 6

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 7

Tasty liver dry fry is ready. Serve hot.
