Prepare mango jelly by adding the jelly powder with water and boiling.
Transfer to a flat bowl and drop in some mango pieces. Set to cool.
In a bowl, melt the china grass with ½ cup of water.
Meantime, in a mixer grinder add milk with milk powder and Fresh cream. Mix well. Transfer this to the melted china grass, together with sugar.
Bring to boil and transfer to the same flat bowl, above the mango jelly (make sure that it sets by the time).
Refrigerate until well set.
