Step 1

For preparing tasty pork dry fry, roast fennel, cinnamon, cloves, star aniseed, cardamom and black pepper. Powder it.

Step 2

Marinate pork with all the ingredients and the powders except oil, mustard seeds and dry red chillies for 2 hours.

Step 3

Cook the pork in a pressure cooker with required salt.

Step 4

Heat oil in another deep frying pan and splutter mustard seeds and dry red chillies.

Step 5

Add cooked pork into the pan and stir well till the pork becomes dry.

Step 6

Tasty pork dry fry is ready. Serve hot.
