For preparing tasty pork rolls, heat oil in a pressure cooker and stir-fry the pork for 5 minutes.
Add water, chestnuts and chives. Allow it to cook.
Toss in the pine nuts and cook it.
Stir in salt and pepper. Allow it to simmer till all the water evaporates.
Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the centre of the lettuce leaf and fold the lettuce leaf to make a small roll.
Tasty pork rolls are ready. Serve immediately.
