Step 1

For preparing tasty srikhand, put the curd in a muslin cloth, tie it up and keep it overnight till all the water drains out.

Step 2

Squeeze out any remaining water the next day.

Step 3

Put it into a bowl.

Step 4

Add in the powdered sugar and powdered cardamom. Mix it well.

Step 5

Garnish with flaked pistachios.

Step 6

Tasty srikhand is ready.
