Step 1

For preparing ullivada, take a bowl, add maida, onions, curry leaves, green chillies, chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger, salt and required water. Mix it well by hand and make it into a paste.

Step 2

Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Scoop the prepared paste using a spoon and fry it in oil till it becomes golden brown.

Step 3

Ullivada is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
