Step 1

For preparing thick prawns dry, grind sesame seeds, cumin seeds, almonds and cardamom to a fine powder.

Step 2

Then grind in onion, green chillies, ginger and garlic to a fine paste.

Step 3

Heat oil in the pan and sautT the ground paste till a nice smell comes.

Step 4

Add in the coriander powder, curry leaves and salt. Saute well.

Step 5

Toss in the prawns and a little water for it to cook. Mix well.

Step 6

Slowly pour in the cream and allow it to simmer for 2 minutes.

Step 7

Thick prawns dry is ready.
