Soak thinai for 2 hours.

Soak rice and dal together for 2 hour

Grind the thinai and rice, dal in grinder or blender . dont use more water because millets leave more water

In that batter add jaggery , coconut and cardamom and salt. keep aside for 2 hours and start to cook.

In paniyaram pan , puts some ghee and pour in each .

Turn it back and some more ghee . keep medium and low flame for golden brown comes.

Now sweet thinai paniyaram (fox tail millets) is ready to serve.
