Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the tofu, till all the sides are lightly brown.
Beat the eggs, oyster sauce and garlic together.
Pour the egg mix over the fried tofu in the pan.
Reduce the heat and cook, until the eggs are done.
:- You don`t have to add salt as the oyster sauce is salty enough.
