Step 1

For preparing tom kha gai, take a vessel, add in water, chicken pieces, lemon grass, mushrooms, ginger, coconut milk, pepper and salt. Allow it to simmer for 1 hour.

Step 2

Then add in the lime juice and fish sauce. Allow it to simmer for another 10 minutes.

Step 3

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 4

Tom kha gai is ready.
