*Method:
*Heat oil in a pan and add mustard,jeera and curry leaves and stir well.
*After the mustard and jeera splutter,add onion, chopped garlic and saute till they turn golden brown colour, then add salt.
*Now add the tomatoes,chilli powder and sugar.
*Cook till the tomatoes become mushy and smash with spoon very well and add coriander leaves.
Simple dish from kerala...
Olive oil is used to marinate, it is good for health....
