Ingredients

  • Tomato 10
    onion 2
    brinjal 4
    red chili 8
    oil 5tsp
    cumin seed 1 tsp
    salt to taste
    turmeric powder 1 tsp
    curry leaves 1 bunch
    mustard 1 tsp
    broken urad dal 1 tsp

chop the onion, tomato, brinjal and red chili

in a pressure cooker add oil and temper the cumin seeds
