:- Pls note that this cooking is done on very low flame.
Heat oil in a kadai or a pan.
Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and saute for 2 mins on a very low flame.
When it turns light brown colour, add garlic paste and saute again for 2 mins.
Add tomato paste, the chicken pieces and salt and mix well.
:- Remember that soya sauce also contains salt.
Close the kadai with a lid and let the chicken get cooked. Do not add water.
When it is almost cooked, add soya sauce.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- Serve with chappathis or rice.
