Step 1

For preparing tomato crab gravy, heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the onions till it becomes transparent.

Step 2

Add in the ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves. Saute till it becomes light brown.

Step 3

Then add in chilly powder, crab masala powder, coriander powder, paprika and turmeric powder. Saute well.

Step 4

Saute in the tomatoes on low flame till it becomes mushy.

Step 5

Pour in a little water and allow it to simmer.

Step 6

Then add in the crabs and allow it to cook on low flame with a lid.

Step 7

Garnish with coriander leaves and pepper powder.

Step 8

Tomato crab gravy is ready. Serve hot.
