Step 1

For preparing tomato fish fillet gravy, heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.

Step 2

Add in garlic, tomatoes, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and pepper powder. Saute for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 3

Toss in the fish fillets with a little water for the fish fillets to cook.

Step 4

Then pour in the coconut milk and allow it to simmer for 1 minute.

Step 5

Garnish with chives and coriander leaves. Remove it from the flame.

Step 6

Tomato fish fillet gravy is ready. Serve hot.
