Step 1

Grind together the rice and the black gram into a fine paste and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat a pan and add a tbsp of oil into it.

Step 3

Fry onions and tomatoes in this.

Step 4

Add pepper powder or chilly powder, salt, asafoetida, curry leaves and coriander leaves.

Step 5

Add this mixture to the above paste and mix well.

Step 6

Using the dosa tava, make delicious dosas.

Step 7

:- Serve hot with Sambar or Chutney.
:- Makes 10-12 Dosas.

hi anjali.how r u.ur recipe was superb.a very good brekfast for kids .it goes very well with coconut chutney.do send some more variety simple breakfast recipes (especially for kids)

Hii anjali.. Its a nice recipe.But i want to point out a mistake in print ...black gram is not kadalaparippu, right? Its uzhunnuparippu.
