Directions

Step 1

For preparing tomato vettal, first add tomato to boiling water. Remove the peel and smash it well.

Step 2

Grind green chillies.

Step 3

Boil pearl sago in water.

Step 4

After the pearl sago is cooked, add the smashed tomato and green chillies.

Step 5

Add salt.

Step 6

Spread this mixture in a piece of white cloth using a ladle and allow it to dry.

Step 7

After it gets dried this can be fried in oil and used as a side dish.

Step 8

Tomato vettal is ready.
