Ingredients

  • Beef : ½ k gm
    Tapioca (kappa) : 1 cup
    Onion : 3 nos
    Mustard : 1 tsp
    Garlic : 8 cloves
    Ginger : 2 inch piece
    Curry leaves : 1 spring
    Green chilly : 1 or 2 nos
    Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
    Chilly powder : 2 tsp
    Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
    Garam masala : 1 tsp
    Coriander powder : 1 tsp
    Salt : to taste
    Oil : as needed

Cook kappa using salt and turmeric powder.

Cook beef using salt and turmeric powder.

When it gets cooked, heat a pan add oil and when its hot add mustard to it and when it splutters add curry leaves .

Saute it well and then add onion to it and stir well.

Then add ginger, garlic, green chilly and cumin seeds to it.

Saute it well until it gets brown.

Then add the cooked beef to it .

Stir well and add the chilly powder ,coriander powder and garam masala to it.

Then add little water to it and close pan for 3 minutes.

Stir well.

Mix it well and cook for 5 more minutes then serve hot, its really tasty.
