Toast the bread slices and keep them aside.
Mix the tuna, green pepper, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, worcesterchire sauce and black pepper.
Spread the tuna mixture on all 8 slices of bread and top with slices of cheddar cheese.
Place these in a moderately hot oven till the cheese melts.
:-Serve hot with lettuce and tomato salad.
