Step 1

For preparing turkey potato pie, preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Lightly grease a shallow ceramic baking dish and keep it aside.

Step 3

In a vessel melt butter on low flame and whisk in the maida until it becomes smooth. Allow it to cook 1 minute.

Step 4

Then mix in the chicken stock and Worcestershire sauce continuously until it blends well. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring it frequently.

Step 5

Add in the turkey and mixed vegetables. Mix well and keep it aside.

Step 6

Spread the stuffing evenly into the bottom of the greased baking dish.

Step 7

Top it with the turkey mixture. Using the back of the spoon, evenly spread the mashed potatoes on top.

Step 8

Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Step 9

Bake it for 25 minutes or until the cheese begins to brown at the edges.

Step 10

Once done remove it and keep it aside for 5 minutes.

Step 11

Turkey potato pie is ready. Serve hot.
