Heat tortilla to dry pan over medium heat and flip it over a few times until it is warmed thru. 2. Add 2 tbsp of cheese over the entire tortilla. On 1/2 of the tortilla add 1/2 cup of turkey, 1/4 cup of pinto beans, a few jalapeno slices and 3 slices of apple (you`ll love it!). Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp of thyme. Add another 2 tbsp of cheese and fold tortilla on top of itself. 3. Press down with spatula and flip. Cook until cheese is melted and tortilla is heated thru. Allow a few minutes for quesadilla to cool down before slicing and enjoy!
