Step 1

Heat up a vessel.

Step 2

Add tamarind water along with chilly powder, turmeric powder, powdered asafoetida, jaggery, coriander powder and salt.

Step 3

Bring it to a boil.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 5

Crackle mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.

Step 6

Add small onions and green chillies and sautT well.

Step 7

Pour the boiled mixture into the pan.

Step 8

When it gets hot, add the fenugreek powder and stir well.

Step 9

Remove from flame and close the vessel with a lid so as not to lose the yummy flavour.

It can be used as a condiment and is good in taste. I advise the visitors to try the item once.
