Directions

Step 1

For preparing Uluva Kanji, first soak the Fenugreek seeds for 3 hours.

Step 2

Wash the rice.

Step 3

Add required water to the rice, mix the fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds.

Step 4

Add required salt.

Step 5

Bring the rice to boil and cook till the required porridge consistency.

Step 6

:- Serve Uluva Kanji hot.
