Melt jaggery in a little water.

Add rice flour, maida, semolina to the melted jaggery and mix it well.

Grind banana and add it into the mixture and make a thick batter.

Heat oil in a vessel and fry the coconut till brown color.

Add fried coconut, cumin seeds and cardamom into the batter.

Heat oil in appachatti.

Step 7

Spoon in the batter and fry both sides till it turns dark brown color.
