Urad dal Kanji is very tasty and in our tamil nadu we use to prepare regularly in week and drink. this is more Healthy and more calcium .

  • Soak urad dal 2 hours and grind smoothly in grinder
  • Boil one cup of water in big vessel
  • And add another cups of water in that dal and mix like dosa batter
  • Pour urad dal batter in boiling water and stir continuosly
  • Add grated coconut and mix well for few mins
  • Add sugar and cardamom powder and stir well and switch off when it comes thick.
  • Now its ready to serve. you can serve hot or cold as you wish
