Step 1

For preparing vazhakka bajji/vazhakkai bajju, first mix together all ingredients in a bowl by adding required water to form a batter.

Step 2

Take the thinly sliced raw banana, dip into the batter and deep fry it in oil.

Step 3

Remove vazhakka bajji/vazhakkai bajji from oil when it turns dark in color.

Step 4

Serve the delicious vazhakka bajji/vazhakkai bajji with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
