Step 1

For preparing vazhakkai bajji first mix together all ingredients in a bowl by adding required water to form a batter. It should not be watery kind of idli batter.

Step 2

Take the thinly sliced raw banana, dip into the batter and deep fry it in oil.

Step 3

Remove vazhakkai bajji from oil when it turns dark in color.

Step 4

Serve the delicious vazhakkai bajji with mint chutney or coconut chutney
