Directions

Step 1

For preparing veal fillet with lime sauce, season the fillet with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with maida.

Step 2

Shallow fry it in butter with garlic and rosemary.

Step 3

Cover and bake it for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.

Step 4

Remove the meat from the oven and keep it warm.

Step 5

Take a pan, add in lime juice and sugar. Heat it till it reduces a bit. Pour it on top of the cooked veal.

Step 6

Veal fillet with lime sauce is ready. Top it up with fresh cream and serve immediately.
